JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA — The Jacksonville Rugby Football Club Men’s team is set to host their FRU Northern Conference Final here in North Florida this coming April. This match will be hosted at the Plantation Sports Complex at 321 Old Hard Road in Fleming Island with a 4PM kickoff on April 13th, 2024. Pre-match festivities will occur including available food and merchandise but more details will follow. For those unable to attend, a live stream link can be found at the bottom of this release as well as on all JRFC social media. The winner of this match will go on to play for a State Championship at IMG Academy on April 20th.

The Jacksonville Rugby Football Club was formed in 1972 starting with a team of just 19 men who got together for the love of the sport. In 52 years it has grown to a mens team of over 60 players, a youth program for ages 6-14 and a social non-contact team for those looking to have a good time. The JRFC strives to further develop amateur sports, Touch Rugby, and in particular Rugby Union Football at all levels via the expansion of the Jacksonville Rugby Football Club and its affiliate programs and activities.
